African Culture Evening

Diss High School celebrated its international link with Chitedze Day Community Secondary school in Malawi with an African Culture Evening. Pupil artwork was shown alongside a range of traditional African foods such as sweet potato cookies known as Mandazi, coconut chapattis, Ugali (a traditional maize dish), sweet potato soup, and Bulgar salad.
